If you have inquiry regarding specific subjects or would like to open up a class on a specific date and time, please feel free to contact us. Please note that tutorials of specific subjects, their timetable and their capacities may vary between regions.
We do not offer refund on enrolled sessions, however, if you are unable to attend a session, please call us two days in advance, with the exception of an emergency. You will be allowed to attend another session for free in the future. Two absence at maximum are allowed per 10 sessions or per term for each student. Further absence does not permit a free enrollment and the 10% discount will not longer apply.
